These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website, and order and buy goods through our online delivery service.

We aim to process all enquires and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult residents and consumers only.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all quotation send to you are accurate.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices quoted are included of VAT
How your order is processed
After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email with invoice attachment of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.
Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.
Payment can be made using the following major credit and debit cards:
Visa, Payments can also be made via PayPal if you are a verified user (click here for more info) Anyone who wish to pay by Mastercard can do so however we will have to charge an extra 2.2% of the total purchase value.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
We can either deliver your order to an address of your choice or you may collect from our store. The delivery address must be in the UK, and hold a valid postcode. We do deliver to Eire addresses with extra charge on top of our standard next day delivery charge. Please check all delivery cost when checkout.
For mainland UK and Northern Ireland there is delivery charge for orders placed in store or online. Delivery is within five working days for mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and within seven days for outlaying areas.
By providing us with your mobile phone number when placing your order, our parcel carrier will be able to contact you if there is any issue with the delivery.
Next Day Delivery
The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Monday. The next day delivery service is only available in areas as specified by our courier service. If the service is not available in your area it will not be shown as an option once you have selected your delivery address. Where we do not offer a next day delivery service, we may offer express delivery instead. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please note that Next Day is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the item(s) to be collected and the correct one(s) to be dispatched to you.

For items ordered for collection at store, there is no delivery charge.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
Items must be in their original condition, and is resell able and returned within 14 days of receiving them. You should follow the procedure below.
1) Direct to our store
For an immediate refund, you can return the items to our store, you may also exchange your items in store.
Take your items to be returned. You MUST have:
- Our delivery note or Our invoice
- The credit/debit card used to make the original purchase
If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund for you.
2) Return by post
You can return any items to us, you will pay for the delivery cost for the return yourself, within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot process any exchange requests by post. If you require an exchange, please take your item to a store and we will be happy to help. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

Right to cancel this agreement
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days starting the day after delivery (the ‘cooling-off period’) in which to cancel this agreement, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods that have been delivered.
If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must notify us, and return the goods that have been delivered to you with your own chosen carrier.
Goods are refunded within 30 days.
How you can cancel this agreement
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by email to us, calling 01612727778, or going through the contact us page on our website. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun.
Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
How Focus LED can cancel this agreement
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- We are unable to obtain payment
- We do not deliver to your area
- A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
Use of the Focus LED Website
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in the text, graphics and layout of this website and in all software and software compilations are owned by, or licensed to, Focus LED UK Ltd.
You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents or underlying software, except for personal non-commercial use.
Accuracy of content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the specification data sheet of our products are provided as accurately as possible. However, as the actual picture you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect of the product requested on delivery.
If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them via our Return procedure, which is explained above.
We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website and the services we provide, including limits to the size and number of any messages that have been sent, or the duration that any messages may be stored on our website. We are entitled to delete any material from our website at any time, and we will not be liable for deleting or not storing any material that you may transmit to us.
Damage to your computer
We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.
Links to other websites
We do not hold any responsibility for any site, or its content, that has chosen to link to us.
You may leave a review of a product on its specific product page. We will review product and publish product reviews within 4-5 working days of posting, and we will directly contact a customer where a review indicates a problem with a product. If we choose not to post a review we will contact the customer via their account to explain why. We reserve the right to edit or delete illegal or inappropriate content. We will not change a rating once set by a customer.
We reserve the right to use customer reviews (in full or part) in our marketing materials. These may include in-store, online, email and direct mail marketing.
Password and security
If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and also for ensuring that unauthorized access to your account is prohibited. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your information is kept confidential to you. If you have reason to believe that this may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.
